All items listed represent an invitation to purchase, we accept responsibility for the sale only once the order is verified and the item has shipped to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any transaction at our discretion.
All items listed on the website are displayed in UK pounds (sterling), any monies sent directly to myCollectors - Collectors Centre Online must be in UK Pounds, we reserve the right to refuse all other forms of payment.
Credit/Debit card Payments over the phone will be processed in UK Pounds, your banking provider may charge a (small) fee for the exchange conversion, we take other currencies directly over the internet via PayPal, where you may be able to pay in your local currency.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, you may be responsible for paying some form of your local government import tax, if such a tax is levied then it is entirely the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay any such charge.
Please note that as many of our products are original Collectable's, we cannot Guarantee the availability of any specific product. If appropriate we always try to obtain items quickly and competitively (within 30 days).
Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase, please inform us as soon as possible if you have a problem with the item(s) you have purchased, we try to resolve all customer issues efficiently and in a friendly manner. If the the goods are faulty, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose, we will of course refund as long as this is within a reasonable time.
Back orders: We endeavour to keep all the items for sale online, constantly available, if we sell out of an item we will place it on back order - but only if we will be able to fulfil the order quickly (within 30 days). Otherwise we will contact the customer and offer a full refund, or the option of keeping the item on back order until it becomes available.
Cancellation rights: this ends seven working days after the day on which the goods are received, we must be informed in writing, or in another durable medium, of your wish to cancel. Goods returned due to a cancelled order are returned at the customers expense.
It is possible to add out of stock items to your shopping cart and therefore purchase them, we do not recommend this, please wait for items to be back in stock.
The price quoted and specific offers, as occur on the website from time to time, remain valid for a period of 21 days from the date of purchase, except where a price has been displayed in error, in this case we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase.
If you are unhappy with alternative supplied goods, we will pay the cost of returning any substitute products, this applies where the goods (or services) originally ordered were not available.
